Tom's Burger is located in Oakridge Banilad Cebu City Philippines, just beside Dove Street. They sell pasta, some meals, and their delicious grilled burgers!
From 145-360 PHP, you can choose from a variety of burgers with french fries. See below for Menu
You can either order for take out or you can dine in and enjoy eating in their shop which is made up of old container vans.
Printed on the shop's wall are the ingredients of the burgers they sell.
It is not crowded and the service is quick.
